    made two pizzas tonight. one with veggie chicken, asparagus, and smoked gouda. the other with tomatoes, kalamata olives, feta, and basil. i love these pizza crusts - only about 300 calories for the entire crust so i'm able to make pretty damn tasty low cal pizzas. i had about 5 slices and it was under 500 calories. i barely even know how that's possible but i logged it all, haha.

    edit: forgot to add that i made another semifreddo pie thing. i wanted to make sure i was totally confident in the recipe before posting it to my blog. again i made it with rum and vanilla bean, caramel, pecans, and chocolate drizzle.

    This morning's breakfast -- light English muffin, 31g Greek yogurt cream cheese, 28g fried honey ham, one medium fried egg, 84g cherry tomatoes fresh from the garden at the jail where I work. Absolutely delicious, filling, and highly satiating. 295kcals, 35g carbs, 11g fat, 22g protein, 9g fiber, 12g iron. (Not pictured: tons of coffee with 15ml sugar-free creamer. Bumps up the calories a little.)

    Big brunch before a long hike: spinach, aragula and feta omelet with two eggs and two eggs white, two slices of bacon, a handful of strawberries and a salad made with our garden tomato and flower salt.

    Picked up some local organic cream and with it I made.....organic local butter. Behind it in the jar is the buttermilk that I removed... it will make an EPIC loaf of bread tonight.
