a favourite; potato, celery and onion soup w/ bacon. I make it half celery/half potato, and find the potato makes it creamy enough without adding dairy.

Do you have a recipe for the pancakes??

(paraphrased from a PM i just sent)

Definitely! I have made countless versions of protein pancakes, and these are by far my very favorite.

The recipe is linked below. My only change was to add a scoop of whey protein (I've used Cinnamon Roll, Vanilla and Peanut Butter Marshmallow, all good!!) and use h2o instead of almond milk (just didn't have any almond milk handy). Depending on the brand of powder you use, you will want to increase the liquid a little bit, some powders really suck up moisture. The batter will be thick, so after your pan is hot, reduce heat and cook slowly so the middle gets cooked through.
