    Some meals I had in the last few days. I am severely grain intollerant so everything is made with repacements where necessary.

    2. Peanut butter and sesame chestnut mushroom treat (51 cal)
    3. Brussel sprouts and chicken thigh fillet with tauge, nuts, and sesame seeds, seasoned with peanut butter (432 cal)
    4. Chestnut mushroom salad with spinach, white cheese, grilled chicken strips, and pear, topped with lemon juise and hemp seed (234 cal)
    5. Appel and banana egg 'pancake' with cinnamon and sugar (344 cal)

    Lunch today was a roast turkey sandwich with tomato, romaine, colby cheese, onion, cranberry sauce and mayo; sweet potato; asparagus; and some cherries.

    Dinner was roasted potatoes with sugar snap peas, red bell pepper, spinach, hot dog, and parm cheese; and some melon.

    Those both look delicious. I love eggs and pancakes together. Have never tried cardamon in my pancakes though. Sounds interesting...I may have to give it a try.

    I swear my stomach growled!! It all looks delicious!! Especially the sausage and kale pizza
