Mmmm! Thanks for the link ACG! Checking that *kitten* out right now...
Awesome looking food. Dinner for me was purely practical. Prepped a ton of chicken, pico and roasted veg for the week's lunches/meals, and had it with some relish and sriracha. Nothing special.

Ok MichelleTyler, I don't really use a recipe for the souvlakis.
Cut up chickenbreasts, marinate them in some olive oil, lemonjuice, salt, pepper, fresh garlic, oregano and some terragon. Let it sit in the fridge for some time (didn't have a lot, so I gave it two hours). Then you can put the chicken on soms skewers and roast or grill them. I served with homemade tzatziki, low fat version. For this I used one cucumber, deseeded and grated (let it hang in a strainer for a while with some salt) and a tub of non fat greek yoghurt. Season it with fresh garlic, lemonjuice, oregano and terragon and some salt and pepper.
Farmer style salad is just as easy, cut up cucumbers, tomatoes, red bell pepper, red onions and dress in once again olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, (can use garlic here as well) and some oregano. To make it not as low cal as this, you can add feta cheese on top.0 -
