@vonveganstein that looks delicious. (the chickpea cutlet and mashed cauliflower and broccoli) does yours have vital wheat gluten in it? (not gluten free just wondering where to find it besides online)

Butternut squash pesto tarte: butternut squash puree, roasted butternut squash and onions, walnut sage pesto,
pecorino cheese, toasted walnuts and white balsamic pear salad on an unbelievably flaky pastry. Leftover marshmallows on peanut butter cinnamon raisin bread. Spinach swiss quiche from Starbucks.

@JL2513 I'm starting to think you're trying to kill me. I can't even come in here and *look* at the food desserts you post. I have to add 200 quick calories just from SEEING them :yum:

I liked them  This is the recipe https://thebigmansworld.com/2017/02/25/5-ingredient-chocolate-chip-protein-muffins-low-carb-vegan-paleo/
I used crunchy peanut butter instead of almond butter because it's what I had on hand. I think they'd be better with smooth peanut butter next time.

I tried to find it (the recipe)...no luck. These look too yummy to not ask for it.
Sorry, but I'd love to try them out.

Gonna work on a food blog over the winter. Good for you, simple recipes with nutrition breakdowns etc. That is one thing I find many of the blogs missing. Recipe PMd.

SO true...it's frustrating to find so many recipe sites/books, etc., that do not include the breakdowns. I appreciate your homemade items. They (the resulting food item) always seem to be simple, full of healthful ingredients that won't break the daily 'calorie bank'.
