If life hands you lemons, make some kind of fruity juice.
    ... and that I did. =)

They don't fool you into thinking you are eating real crust but the are good anyway. I like to use laughing cow light, onion, and pepperoni. Top with turkey pepperoni ,sauce and light shredded cheese.

Long time no post....so I am using this site and its support to recover from anorexia nervosa. And as scary as it is to share, thought I would share the lunch I conquered today. It's one my nutritionist wanted me to do, and I got up the courage to do it. To me it seems too much and somehow unhealthy, but I am trusting my nutritionist guidance.

So here it is: Grilled chicken on whole wheat bun with lettuce, tomatoe, and guacamole. A side of mandarin oranges and cabbage. And a salad complete with cherry tomatoe, egg whites, peas, carrots, mushrooms, balsamic vinaigerette, and an artichoke. Oh and throw in some apple juice to drink.

And to show recovery is possible here it is all done :) Well..minus the artichoke...had never had before and lets just say I will never have artichoke again....

If you or someone you know is struggling with eating disorders know recover is possible. Feel free to send them to my blog for more of my recovery journey http://freedomhunger.blogspot.com
