Omelette with haloumi and date/lemon relish, with tomatoes, cucumber and herbs.

The 'after' shot for the chicken. Thai style chicken salad.0 -
Long time not posting here! Some pictures I gathered these weeks.
I just love goat cheese in crumbles and chopped green onion... but well... it's fried and has to many calories. So I made some and served them in little portions and with a big fresh salad.
Another favorite. Oven baked chicken topped with mushrooms, fine sliced chorizo and mozzarella. Good in small portions.
Beans salad with avocado.
Breakfast sandwiched. Whole bread, grilled eggplant, rucola salad and goat cheese with herbs.
Greens and turmeric rice, with some tigger prawns.
Low fat version of the tortellini sausage soup... well... I used fusilli, not tortellini. )

Nothing fancy yesterday. I prepped a bunch of snacks for the week, so nothing is plated. But you get the jist.
First I had a killer smoothie - coconut strawberry and spinach with vanilla whey. oh my goodness it was the bomb.
Kimchi inspired coleslaw, with diakon, carrots and a gochujang dressing - spicy delicious.
Homemade protein brownies, straight outta the pan. Yum.

The photo does not do this burger justice. 6oz Organic Ontario Beef with sriracha, mustard, lettuce, tomato, jalapeno and extra pickles. I only had about 1/3 of the fries, with extra sriracha and a little tzatziki. And a pint of smoked ale.

I didn't do too much new or fancy for this week.
Couscous salad (with spinach, chickpeas, dry pressed cottage cheese, grape tomatoes, pepper and cucumber) and roasted chicken
Most exciting thing about this was all my mixing bowls were in use and in searching the back of my cupboards, I discovered that I actually own a salad bowl! With matching little serving salad bowls. Almost like a real adult or something.
Red lentil soup and roast beef
The red lentil soup was posted in one of these threads earlier and the recipe is on MFP here http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/121136-lebanese-vegetable-lentil-soup-w-pic (although I used more potatoes and tomatoes because, well, they needed to get used).0 -
