Hey guys. Just sitting here thinking. I'm addicted to cheese! All kinds! I'll make adjustments in my diet to comps safe for calories and obviously only eat it in moderation. But no matter how hard I'm dieting or what type of diet I'm on, I refuse to give it up. So I'm wondering if there is any one thing y'all refuse to give up? Happy fitness my friends And stay strong during this diet killing, but amazing holiday season!

Tators! I only eat a serving unless I can afford to have extra but I never fry them0

I refuse to give up anything. I still eat everything I've always eaten - just exercise a little more moderation in some things and make sure I hit my calorie and macro goals every day (specifically protein and fat - the carbs just fill in the rest).0

All kinds of food.....cheese, bread, rice, pasta, beef, chips, chocolate , practically everything...I won't give up....0
-
French fries. I just have them baked now.0
-
Dark chocolate. I MUST have it.0

Lol at all of those. But I guess I should clarify. I never completely give up anything. I have specific cheat days for ALLLL those amazing foods! But I'm talking on a day to day basis I guess...0

Thank you for all the input! I'm glad I'm not the only stubborn person!0

I don' give up anything. This is not a diet for me, it's a new lifestyle. So Everything I want, in moderation!0

This.
Hence the reason why I still don't get the whole shiratake noodle phenomena.0 -

I refuse to give up anything at all either (I just don't finish entire plates of my favorite deserts anymore, I have bites.) But hey, I love shiratake noodes! They are good for when I ate tons but still want more food, and good fiber.0 -

I don't eliminate any food when I'm dieting. I just cut down on the portions.0

^^exactly this.
In fact, I eat some things, like ice-cream, more than I used to.0 -

That's what I did. I found that when I restricted items I would cheat and binge and stop the diet because I got frustrated. Maintenece for one year, one month and no regain!!!0 -
I just don't think in those those terms. I'm don't think it terms of dieting. I am following a nutrition plan to achieve my goal of reducing my body fat while maintianing lean muscle mass. In light of that, it doesn't require me to "eliminate" any food. I am specifically targeting hitting my protein and fat macro nutrient targets.
There is not eliminating or dieting in that.0 -
The ones I like. lol0

I eat all of the foods0

I refuse to give up ice cream. Dieting or not dieting, I will eat ice cream. And dark chocolate. The darker the better.0
-
i eat pretty much anything too but need to refrain from the ones that make my body ache all over.0

Compensate*
Funny, I totally thought "comps" was like the cool, new way to say "compensate.". Anyhow, though I have greatly decreased portions and frequency of some foods, I refuse to give up anything! Prior to deciding to actually lose weight I had given up Red Bull.0 -

I didn't think that cheese was something worthy of giving up in the first place. Isn't it pretty healthy? High in calcium which is good. I still eat cheese.0 -
I don't diet, I made lifestyle changes for a lifetime making adjustments in what I eat and my activity levels to compensate for special treats and indulgences.
Diet = die
Lifestyle change = life0
