I just ate a freshly baked, warm, gooey and delicious chocolate chip cookie.
And now I feel disgusting.
What types of food (or drink) do you consume and later think ... " Why did I do that ?"

Everything lol
Anything that I don't consider one of my safe foods0 -
candy, especially gummy bears and sour patch kids. once the bag or box is open, there's no save some for later .

unfortunately, the same. and if I've had more than I feel safe with for the day, I can literally feel disgusting over dry salad or a bit of unsweetened almond milk & a Splenda in my tea (which is a threat to begin with).0 -

I think it really helps that I have taken the slow approach to all this, and I eat pretty much whatever sounds good while still trying to meet my nutrition and calorie goals, more or less. There are times when I think, "I would rather have spent those calories on something else," but I wouldn't say I feel disgusted or disgusting.0

Abslutely nothing. I watch my calorie count and eat whatever I want (even if it is just a very small serving).0

Used to eat 6500 calories. That was disgusting. Now, The only time I feel bad about food is when I waste my calories on something that doesn't taste good but I rarely feel disgusted about eating something that I like. I like food, Eating more food is the reason I workout.0

Anyways for me it's red meat and fried food. If I consume a lot of fat at once I get quite ill. I also have a dairy allergy but that doesn't really count.0
