    I'm 5'0" and weigh about 110lbs.

    I try to consume between 800-1200 per day with running 4 miles, which can burn just around 400 calories. My net calories consumed winds up being roughly 400-800. This may be bad, but I try to consume just enough to not starve myself.

    I eat at 2000-2200 calories on rest days and more than that on days that I exercise (3-5 days/week) And that is to lose 1 lb/week .

    1770 for maintenece. Right now am trying to keep it down to about 1200 to 1500. Off work for the week and not getting my "normal" workout.

    So far not so good. :grumble: I'm over a wee bit every day so far and have noticed a litte gain of 3 lbs. If it is true gain or water weight is the main question for me.

    I aim for a weekly net average of about 1200 per day, not stressed if its slightly over or under (though i aim for over to stay "healthy"). When i workout i eat those calories back (3-5 times per weak goal). Once i hit my goal weight i'll jump up to around 1400-1500 per day (and will always eat back whatever i workout ... yum).

    1200 net. I am busy working full time with 2 toddlers. My goal is working out 5 times per week. I didn't reach that this past week though. Too busy running around preparing for Christmas dinner for 30. Luckily all the stress must have paid off because even though I cheated for the holiday no weight gain.

    49 yo female, 5'6", CW 198, down from 228 at the end of August. My TDEE without exercise is 1700, so I eat around 1200 to lose one pound a week. I exercise 3-4 days a week and don't eat those cals back, which gives me an extra 1/5 pound loss per week.
    I eat higher protein and healthy fats, and lower sugar and white carbs. Lots of non starch veggies, lean proteins, nuts.

    800 calories a day. I'm on a supervised VLCD and am VERY obese so I'm ok on 800 cals due to having so much excess weight. I don't do any serious workouts- just a bit of walking and some light strength training.

    1800 - 2000...I do 3 heavy lifting sessions per week, I cycle everywhere, every day...and run up to 10 miles per week.

    I aim for between 1800 and 2000 a day (my goal weight/bf% maintenance level) to lose slowly. My eating habits should be second nature by the time I get to my goal.

    1400-1500/day (for 1/2 lb. weight loss/wk. - slowed myself down for right now). I generally try to exercise 3-4X a week for 45 minutes-an hour (fast walking/jogging/elliptical/strength), (although this week I've pretty much failed at that lol), and I usually eat most of my exercise calories back.
