    By the end of the week, Wisconsin is headed into the deep freeze, with high temperatures below 0F. Trying to soak up all the sunshine I can before that happens.

    There already in the UK - has got above -2 today and we have a -11 forecast. Gonna be well layered up for that ride!

    The winter temps & snow have arrived in NH . . . It will be Spin class and some Indoor Running and Swimming for the next few months.

    Overdid it and irritated my ongoing plantar faciitis :( I wll limp along and try to get my bicycle up and working. Sort of took the wind out of my sails....
