Not being fat.
This x100
x another 100. That makes it x 10,000
and feeling like a kickas$ rock star who can do anything with a body that no longer had the limits of excess weight or lack of fitness.
or maybe that should just read: and confidence.0 -
Not being fat.
EDIT: To be very clear, I'm not saying that with any judgement. It's a serious response.
This. I used to dream up stuff to do for myself when I lost weight. Nails done, massage, etc. But then I realized those were all "outside" rewards. Kind of like giving a kid their allowance when they do their chores. I think the "inside" rewards are much more satisfying. What I mean by that is the naturally occurring rewards that happen (more energy, looser fitting clothes, better self esteem) are worth so much more than a stupid manicure.0 -
I'm taking my daughter to Hawaii!0

I don't have a weight loss reward system anymore. However, my Fiance told me he'd buy me a new phone if I met my goals of 24 hours of fitness in 1 month and drinking 8 glasses a day for 1 month ^_^ I'm getting a free phone, but I have a stupid upgrade fee of $30 at the end of january when I do upgrade, so he's going to pay for that.0

6 pack abs will be my reward0

Looking good in a bikini, looking good in skinny jeans, and being confident enough to actually buy those things.0

Some new clothes -- skinny jeans, cute tops.
And being back in-shape.0 -
My husband and I discussed this years ago. Rather than yo-yoing, I waited until I was both ready and frightened enough of consequences to start getting healthy. We agreed that 2 pairs of cowboy boots were in order -- one when I'm around 190 for a while, and one when I'm down to goal of 135 or so.
I say 'or so' and 'around' because my body fluctuates 8 pounds during my cycle. Dammit. I think I am actually losing weight, however. I'm waiting for the scale to get the message.
With the cowboy boots, of course, are nights of going out two-stepping with my husband (the only person who has EVER been able to lead me on the dance floor. Truly. He's very good.)!
Natch, feeling and being healthier are also there, but those are more NSVs for me

I will be going for a Russian Steam Bath with Massage and the Branches treatment. They take a bunch of oak branches and bind them all into a broom. They they soak the broom in oils and "oak juices" and the beat you with the branches. It's better than it sounds. I've wanted to do it for ever and this will be an excellent reward/treat for myself.0
