    Mon: calories burned: 682 ( walking & fitbit )
    Tues: calories burned: 1392 (walking, packing boxes and moving them fitbit)
    Wed: calories burned: 950 (treadmill, walking, packing an moving boxes, fitbit)
    Thur: calories burned: 1618 (tour walk at observatory, packing and carrying, strength training, fitbit)
    Fri: calories burned: 227 (fitbit)
    Sat: calories burned: 967 (fitbit)
    Sun: calories burned 852 (walking, fitbit, cleaning)

    Total: 6688
    Left to go: 487

    did not succeed due to being sick on Friday

    Thur: 842 calories (Arc Trainer, Weight Training-Lower Body, Walking 3.5mph uphill on the treadmill, and Calisthenics)
    Fri: 409 calories (Elliptical Trainer, Calisthenics, Weight Training-Upper Body, and Intervals on the Treadmill - 3.5mph and 5.0mph)

    Fri 1/4/13 Burned 500 calories on Elliptical Machine
    Sat 1/5/13 0 calories burned
    Sun 1/6/13 1165 calories on Elliptical Machine
    Total Calories Burned week of 1/1/13 thru 1/6/13: 3165 Calories!!!

    My goal is to burn 3500 calories a week (500 calories a day)
    I lost 1.8 lbs this past week!!!
