I walk mostly with my dogs but sometimes with a friend or my hubby.
My pedometer is an Omron HJ-720ITC......it doesn't recognize all the steps I take when I dance so on dance days it doesn't look like I went as far as on days when I walk more.and dance less.:laugh:

My poodles are the reason I do so much walking......they have an endless desire to go for long walks.0 -
I'm in too! I know I'm starting later than you all are but I'm glad to be part of this challenge! My ultimate goal is to run but I'm thinking it will be a while before I can do that. Right now I'm trying to push myself without being so demanding that I give up. Movement everyday is my first goal, hoping and planning to go farther and pump it up a little each week. Looking forward to this challenge!0
