    I'm not much for partying these days, so I'll finish work and hit the gym. I do have a few friends running a 5k race that starts at midnight downtown, so I might stay up past my bedtime and do that.

    Staying in again this year ......... hubby's on his laptop playing FarmVille ....... the cat's lying on my lap while I type around her ....... going to watch reruns of "The Mentalist" ...... then we're heading to bed ......

    At least last year we had snacks :laugh:

    I work tomorrow, so we're watching the "Twilight Zone" marathon on Syfy. I made pina coladas and set out some fruit.

    staying in but have friends o ver and already in the bag. I think going out for New Year's is overrated you can have an awesome time at home with good friends and lots of booze :drinker:

    I had a party I was invited to, but I decided against it for a lot of reasons. I just don't feel in the mood, the weather is gross here and I don't want to be out in it with drunks on the road too, and the guy I'm dating is babysitting his niece tonight. So, yep, staying in tonight. Gonna just watch movies and hang out on MFP I suppose.

    I'm not going out. I will probably be asleep by 11pm. I have a book I am enjoying loaded on my Kindle, my favorite Fruit Punch Mio and a lovely meal on a plate. My cat is curled on my bed already passed out.

    Hope everyone stays safe no matter what they do.

    I'm sick. Husband and son are at his parent's house where we usually go for New Years. (BIL's birthday today too) I think Husband will be home in a little while and Son is staying with Grandma tonight. It will be an early evening for me! I've over indulged on comfort food and am ready for bed. Good night and good new year friends!
