i got serious about my weight loss this past august. starting weight was 246, current weight is 198, goal weight is 170. im 32 years old, 5 foot 10... weight loss still in progress!

Why not?... I'll play. I'm 5'5" and started out at 197 lbs.

I regret not taking a real before photo, but this is pretty close. This was about August 2011... not quite at my heaviest, but almost:


Here I am in all my sports bra glory at 170 lbs.:


And this is when I discovered I decided to stop relying so heavily on the scale . First pic, 144 lbs... second 147 lbs.:


I'm at 142 lbs... but I don't have a super recent pic. But, you can bet the look on my face is something like this:

I have no idea what my "goal" is anymore because I'm 10lbs from where I thought I wanted to be! My goal now is to lose another 30-40lbs, tone up and be comfortable with myself. I started my journey 4/11 but was sidelined with a spinal injury from 8/11-3/12. I'd lost 30lbs at that point and then once I was cleared to work out again, I hit it hard! Still a long way to go, but I'm finally proud of my progress and I'm starting to see it!

After losing that much weight, you can post your pics as often as you like. You deserve it. Not a flaw in your character, truly an inspiration.
