I have been doing everyday's challenge along with my regular exercises. I do have to say that I don't enjoy those Star Jumps though!!:grumble:0

Done for Jan 8....I did my star jumps in sets of 10 with one minute breaks in between if that will help anyone.0

I'm finding that I have to break most of the exercises downBesides a rest inbetween sets, I tend to loose count. Getting old sucks, on many levels.
