    I am guilty of the same...however, for me it took me catching a glimpse of myself in the mirror...naked. Yeah...I was so not happy. I was thinking, "Who IS that girl?!?' I actually teared up a little because I had let myself get that way...

    That's what pushed me over the edge to come back here and to get back in the gym!!!
