    natural peanut butter on ezekial bread with lots of coffee!

    weekday - 1/4 cup uncooked (half cup cooked) steel cut oats with cinnamon, raisins and walnuts. Greek yogurt and a half banana on top. Steel cut oats take forever to cook in the AM but if you boil and let sit overnight it takes one minute. This breakfast keeps me full all morning and its delicious and healthy!

    i just bought 2 caramel/sea salt biscotti and 2 orange/anise ones. the week's breakfast is complete

    Currently addicted to:

    1/2 cooked quinoa topped with:
    1/4 cup blueberries
    1 tbsp. toasted almonds
    2-3 tbsp. almond milk
    cinnamon

    and

    Banana/blueberry pancakes:
    1 mashed banana
    1 egg
    1tsp vanilla protein powder
    cinnamon

    Mix together, makes about 3-4 silver dollar size pancakes, add 4-5 blueberries to each before flipping

    5 year old loves them too, double bonus!
