    Yes indeed. It certainly gives cutting more than one positive aspect.

    Mines was always high but the main difference is having the energy to pull those multiple sessions consistently. I was researching about this and saw that the confidence factor also plays a role into the increase libido. i think this is true for both men and women. more recently had another spike (which i thought wasnt even possible lol) n found out it was those damn Goji berries..... those r serious lol

    Yep... *sigh*.. another frustrating side effect like abs and sexiness. ;-)

    I'd be a lot more appreciative if I had a partner- I was JUST complaining about this today. hah

    @raindirenz and @fitandfab ^wish I could help you out ;) lol
    but on serious note...at first you will see it increase cuz of the increased blood flow and all but once you start cutting your calories and have been in a big defecit for quite some time, teh metabolism starts to mess up and hormone levels go down bodybuilders feel like **** when they get ready for contests and all but one way to prevent is to have refeeds!!! keeps the metabolism high and keeps you sane lol

    No. I haven't experienced an increase in libido, but then I think it may be because of my birth control. It's kind of sad really because I was hoping I'd start to feel sexier and more attractive losing the weight, but nope. :<

    :blushing: MY libido, HIS libido....sheesh and what is it about when OTHER men start flirting with me, that gets mine going? Back when we were teens, he'd have knocked a guy's block off if he flirted with me, and now, he just has this big ol' grin on, watching me being all awkward and uncomfortable....cuz I am SO not used to EVER being flirted with by anyone but him.

    I've always had a great libido. But the working out and losing weight things leaves me insatiable most days.

    Weight lifting, if you're doing it properly, is SO taxing on your nervous system and energy, that your desire for sex should actually decrease. You instead get that zen peaceful feeling post workout, which I look at as a higher form of sex. You literally feel high. It's pure ecstasy.

    You're doing "it" wrong.

    Yes! The biggest problem though is that "morning wood" has become "morning steel" and is damn near painful.. and no one around to umm.. lend a helping hand.

    To kms1320........ Ummmm...Need your help....How do you keep the steel from turning to soft putty? BTW......Do you swim? I like your ABS, what program are you on?

    If you are not grossed oou I would accept a friend request from you.......

    I am actually hoping mine will go up. I have a pretty crappy libido and it got worse after I had my son. My poor hubby....:(

    I know a lot of my problem lies in where I just hate my body. I feel ugly, gross and even though my husband and I are both fat and he loves me and compliments me, I just don't feel it. I think loosing weight will help me greatly. Well heck it should because I lost 20 lbs early 2011 and ended up pregnant a few months later. xD

    I meant the sex. Not the lifting.

    From his pics- I assume he has a firm grasp on fitness/bodybuilding physiology/strategy. From his comment, I assume the same is not true of his sexual adventures.
