    3lb all of my christmas weight gain. i reached goal before christmas but decided to rset it to 140lbs so have 12 more to go now but its coming off slowly now as im so close

    Maybe a pound and a half but I've lost 90.5 lbs since Jan01/01/12 I'm 9.5 lbs away from my goal and it will come off. I'll be super happy if I manage it by March 13th but I'll settle for by Memorial Day..
    I wish I could "like" this post, as we do on Facebook. That's really impressive! Congratulations on your success. I can only hope to follow in your footsteps and someday be that close to my goal, too!

    I lost the 7 pounds I gained since I started at the gym last month, plus another pound. So 8 pounds. I don't feel like I did though and I have been depressed since the holidays. I need to lose my depression : /

    I think it's been 5 pounds. I had a weigh in at the doctors office a month or so ago. I have lost 2 lbs since starting dog training and joining this amazing website! Yay!

    March 13 is my birthday! It's my weight loss goal day too. I want to weigh 190 by then. I am at 206 now, but if I keep up the pace I should be at that weight by then.

    Hi everyone, I just started today and I haven't lost anything since Jan 1st. LOL, but I thought I would say hi. I am brand new to this website, so I don't even know if I am doing this right.

    Well I started 1/2 and i ate quite a bit on the 1st - just cuz :D So when i weighed my "starting" weight I know 2lbs was bud light :) Anyhow I am down 8 now. I found MFP on a fluke. I exersize on Tony Littles Gazelle and it had been so long since I used it last that the batteries corroded in it and I needed a way to track my calories burned. I started Googling,This site is awesome! I initially had it on my phone as an app but after an update it no longer recognizes me "scratching my head". CONGRATULATIONS to all of you losing a persons worth of weight- that is si awesome!!!

    I started my goal on November 30th when I was 1st weighed by the doctor, but didn't get here right away. My 2nd visit to doctor was Jan 9th and I'm down 8# and my pants are no longer tight. :) *Happy Dance*

    I have lost 3 kilos since 7th January- All food weight from scoffing to much over Christmas..... Not expecting a major drop this week, but anything is better than nothing- however I am out for a meal on Saturday for my birthday so might not be the best week :/ time will tell. I weigh on a Monday, so I am not always on the scales
