    I agree with "PregosaurusRex" - you do look soo much happier. There is a certain type of happiness that people on this site show when they have really achieved a huge improvement - it just radiates pride and confidence. "Before" pics might show a "happy smile" but this often looks a bit forced. Well done - fantastic self-control and effort to achieve what you have done.

    I am in UK too - Scotland. I have stalled in my third week! I have convinced myself that if I eat something without someone seeing me do it then the calories don't count. Seems they do, though:ohwell: Anyway, I am determined to get to my target weight so onward and upward (or rather, downward). MFP was recommended to me by my young nephew who lost something like 20kg and looks fantastic on it.
