I created a new exercise under strength, but if you don't want to do that, you could probably log it into Cardiocascular as "calisthenics"0 -

I'm in. I can't see youtube at work and a Google search yeilds at least a dozen different results for 'side knee lifts', but I'm choosing the one that looks like it works the glutes, rather than the abs, and would work with a resistance band and doing that one.0
