    I love love love this and you. This is totally what I needed; wish I had seen this before I went off in a huff earlier and busted some iron (though that helped too).

    Everyone in this thread looks so, so good, and I WISH I had the guts to upload a photo, but I'm too scared to even take one (even though, I know, I know, that's an excellent gauge of progress). I have such a hard time seeing myself accurately.

    Bikinis on my mind...Okay you all I'm 150 and It's January...clearly enough time to drop more weight. I am going to be 43 so I need to eat well. Exercise never been my problem very active...eat no so good.

    Great Attitude and confidence OP. I don't wear bikinis - even at a younger much slimmer (size 0-1) age - I have always been self conscious - working on that. Thanks for the inspiration.

    Keep on Rockin!! All of you look great. Confidence is key. So many ads, movies, shows, and magazines depict these perfect women...but you know what there is no such thing as a perfect women...just women who are happy and love themselves.
