I once ate a Krispy Kreme donut and thought I was in the clear I mean they are soooo light and airy. How many calories can air have? Right?

Muffins. Muffins are evil. 540 calories for a relatively normal muffin. Also Naan. Now I know why naan tastes so good. It's horrible for ye.

    publix chicken tenders :'(
But they're so good. The frozen "whole grain" ones are much much better macro-wise (I think the only one's better on macros are Trader Joe's). What ticks me off the most is the Red Potato salad is a whopping 19g fat per.

And if I ever had a python (I wouldn't, but if I did), it's name would be "Mr. Cuddles."

Flour pisses me off. Homemade pizza crust (just the crust!) should not be that "spendy".

I make neapolitan style pizza at home. I make a big batch of dough, then separate it into individual balls of 140 grams each. My individual dinner pizza from such a dough ball is around 500 calories after the meat and cheese toppings. That's the meal. You can try making it with cauliflower.

I was at the Music Festival last weekend and there were few food choices so I got a corn dog with mustard. I knew it wasn't the best option at the time, but I was sick of salads. 300 calories. OHG. Thankfully I had the calories to cover it, but next year I'll bring a sack lunch.

I would usually budget that much or more, but I was very hungry and I ate two. Oops. And the worst of it was that they didn't even taste that good.
I volunteer every year at this same festival and it is at a Casino where they have awesome buffets. But they use the buffet room as a music venue, so that option is closed during the festival.

Was there a food that you looked up and were shocked at the amount of calories it contained?

For me, it happened last night. I have those little 3 ounce bottles of Bailey's. They are 327 calories for that tiny little bottle. I knew they were bad, but I didn't know how bad... Ouch! But I'm glad I know now!

    Chick-Fil-A Sauce...140cals in a little packet

Freaking humus!!! I was so mad. I figured I would have a "healthy" snack. I took out one of those small tubs and had it with some celery. 800 CALORIES!! I would have been better with a Big Mac (and more protein). Hell butter would have been less calories.

One of those small microwavable chef boyardee beefaroni cans is 220 calories.
