    Mon: 528 (180 on a brisk walk with the dogs, 348 at my favorite dance/weights/ballet bar/cardio fusion class... I just called it "dancing" for 60 minutes!)

    Tues: 415 (My poor pups didn't get a walk today due to terrible rainstorm... Bummed that it also knocks my calorie count down! I did 10 minutes at home punching the heavy bag - 73 cals, 20 minutes at home lifting free weights - 72 cals, and 90 minutes doing pilates on the reformer - 270 cals. Today was a good combo of strengthening core, arms and shoulders!)

    Week 3.....Gonna raise the bar 1,500 calories

    Monday.....Nada

    Tuesday...........1,200 Calories.....517 calories burned in 22 minutes on my mountain climber treadmill. High incline, high intensity. 683 calories burned in 53 minutes walking, jogging and running on a decline of -3% up to 12%..My best workout by far.

    I burned 6727 last week thanks to an awesome snowshoe hike at Crater Lake! Can't wait to get water jogging again tonight and see if I can make the 3500+ again this week!

    I'll try this again, not easy during off season but here I go: (no ceiling, try to met the 3500 plus challenge)

    Monday: 15 min stationary bike - 179 cal; 50 min spin class - 740 cal; 30 min versa-climber - 449 cal.
    Tuesday: 92 minute spin bike - 1152 cal.

    2,520 complete
    980 to reach minimum

    If you use age, gender, and HR on the Garmin I'd use Garmin. MFP has algorithms that adapt to your time inputs for exercise and initial calorie input, mine changes a lot, there is no standard model.

    This one looks good to me and since I changed my goals on MFP this week to reflect 3500K from exercise I beleive that I can make it.
