    January was definitely.... devastating! I don't think I even log the last weeks!!!

    I'm running a 5K at the end of March, and I'm actually working on my speed; I would love to run 5k under 30 minutes, but I know that the grounds will probably be covered with ice, snow, mud or water (or all of the above!), and that this will be difficult, but I'll give everything!

    So I hope to get back on track this month. Since I've been having A LOT of work in the last 3 weeks, I'll aim for 60 running miles in February.

    Ran 1 short mile this morning.

    February 2 - I'm in for another 100 miles. Got off to a good start yesterday - 3.5 miles walked and another 3.5 miles on the elliptical so 7 miles done so far - 93 miles to go
