    I'm just jumping in here. I'm new but wanted to jump into the challenge. It's February 19th and I want to run 100 miles in February. Crazy? It is a little bit for me! So far I'm up to 50 as of today. I'm trying to create a custom ticker but can't figure out how to. Help?

    Time for an update i think... Been a while!!

    (Holiday time = me MIA!)

    7/2 - 2.5km row, 2km run, 1km walk = 5.5km
    8/2 - 2km walk
    13/2 - 1.5km walk
    16/2 - 2km walk
    17/2 - 5km run, 1km walk = 6km
    18/2 - 1km walk
    20/2 - 2km walk

    Adding 20km to my total. Over half way there... WOO!

    2 miles on the treadmill. I've added strength training to my schedule twice a week.
    I don't want to build bulk, I want to build strength for endurance so I keep the weights light
