    I've got to get my act in gear to make this goal. Did restart the Couch to 5K, but haven't been able to ride the bike trainer since son is home sick with mono and the damn trainer sounds like a jet airplane.

    Adding my 17.4 miles from this weekend... and with that, I made goal!

    My gym bag is still packed though and I'm going after work! I have a 5K in May I want to be more ready for.
