    @moonlesssky for some reason we had your goal as 30 miles not 50, but I've corrected this now so you're out of the orange and back in the lime!

    9.8 km added over the last two days (walking) to bring my February total to 83.39 km! With a 10 km run planned this Sunday, I'm DEFINITELY on track to meet target this month.

    Back for another month - Lot's of spinning and running the "Snowflake Shuffle" (5k) in February !!!

    Feb. 1st: 17 miles (*Spin Class*)
    Feb. 4th: 17 miles (*Spin Class*)
    Feb. 6th: 17 miles (*Spin Class*)
    Feb. 10th: 3 miles (*Snowflake Shuffle - 5k*)
    Feb. 11th: 15 miles (*Spin Class*)
    Feb. 15th: 17 miles (*Spin Class*) - We got new bikes !!!
    Feb. 18th: 17 miles (*Spin Class*)
    Feb 20th: 18 miles (*Spin Class*)

    Total (so far): 121 miles

    *Goal for February: 150 miles

    i have you set up on the spreadsheet in KM ....just report KM going forward...when you report miles and KM and 3 people are updating the sheet it gets confusing....all set now...thanks sara for catching that...
    01.02.2013 = 5.00 km
    02.02.2013 = 8.01 km
    04.02.2013 = 5.34 km
    06.02.2013 = 5.50 km
    08.02.2013 = 5.56 km
    11.02.2013 = 5.60 km
    13.02.2013 = 5.90 km

    MTD = 60.69 km

    Goal = 50 miles or 80.47 km

    I did 2.5 miles walking today

    2/6/13 - 2.4 miles walking
    2/10/13 - 3.4 miles running!
    2/10/13 - 2.6 miles walking
    2/12/13 - 2.5 miles walk/Running
    2/15/13 - 2.5 miles walking
    2/17/13 - 3.4 miles running, 4.8 miles walking (I walked EVERYWHERE yesterday)
    2/20/13 - 2.5 miles walking/running

    TOTAL 24.1 miles of 40 mile goal - 60.25% of goal

    With two deaths in my immediate family within a month, all the disruption, travel and food, I can see now that I am not going to make my goal of 75 miles this month. While this makes me sad, I have to re-frame it and think of how the exercise that I have done and logging on MFP has helped keep me grounded and my weight and exercise in check more than it would have a year ago. For that, I am truly thankful. Now, to shed myself of the 4 lbs. I have picked up in the last week!! ugggh.
