WEIGHTLOSS STOP after only one week

so i guess i really try more veggies and meat now.
i usually have maybe 3 tangerines and some strawberrys a day. or a banana and 2 tangerines. one apple and a banana. at the most. is this already too much??
i just realized yesterday that my belt is one hole tighter than 2 weeks ago. but i still cant see it on the scale, nor on my clothes or on my pics (i took underwear pics before i started...)
any more suggestions on a cheat meal once a week? yes or no?0
