    That is a great tip, except substitute the cheeseburger for bacon. And the pizza, replace that with bacon.

    You need more bacon.
    I seem keep gaining and losing the same 1 or 2 lbs over and over again. I've tried everything! Fast food, pop tarts, cookies, white carbs, eating before bed, especially carbs. Nothing is working. Why does weight gain have to be so hard?!?!?!?! :sad:
