    Have you thought about concentrating more on your workout than your diet? If you aren't gaining weight, you aren't gaining muscle. When was the last time you did a big change around on your workout? Swap things up big time for 2-3 weeks, then hit your regular workout hard again.

    I like to confuse my muscles by asking them to explain Einstein's Theory of Relativity in less than 20 words.

    It's simple really. 3 easy steps:

    1. Place pregnant lady on scale

    2. Make sure she's eating bacon wrapped bacon dipped in mayo while smoking

    3. Have pregnant lady carry you on her back while standing on scale

    Voila! Instant weight gain. OR try getting PCOS and hypothyroidism. Apparently this works like a charm
