I love strawberry ice cream, so my cheat dessert is strawberry "ice cream". 1 cup frozen strawberries, 2T milk, blend until smooth.

I love a little dark chocolate (70% cocoa or higher) for dessert. Super heart healthy and such a strong flavor you don't need much.

Kozy Shack makes sugar-free rice pudding cups that are 70 calories each. They are so good and taste so fresh! I had one tonight and put a couple of blackberries in it. Yumm!

1/4 cup light chocolate ice cream (e.g. Edy's Slow Churned)
2 tsps all natural peanut butter (e.g. Teddy's)
    Little drizzle of chocolate syrup

Eat slow and savor! The protein and fat in the peanut butter increase satiety and mitigate the blood sugar spike...somewhat!

    Lot of good posts here!

1/2 cup of room temp-ish 0% greek yogurt and a packet of splenda. Mix until smooth and creamy - it's sort of like meringue at that point, and it's under 100 cals, no fat and packed with protein.

1-2-3 mug cake....chocolate! Or a big bowl of pumpkin fluff! Or a smoothie made with a frozen banana and PB2 with cocoa.

Happened across this iVillage link[1] today on Pinterest, "25 Decadent, Guilt-Free Desserts" including:

    - mousses
    - frozen yogurts
    - baked doughnuts
    - oatmeal bars
    - chocolate-drizzled banana slices
    - chocolate-raspberry dessert "pizza"
    - granitas
    - date bars
    - chocolate-dipped figs
    - blueberries with lemon cream
    - fruit slices
    - low-fat French silk pie
    - sorbet
    - berries in syrup
    - low-fat cupcakes
    - milkshakes
    - pudding pops
    - cookies
    - low-fat muffins

My default dessert is nonfat plain Greek yogurt with honey, berries, or apple slices; boring, but it does the trick. Sometimes a cup of diet hot chocolate or coffee with sugar-free cream also hits the spot. You might also try crustless pumpkin pie; brownies made with black beans, cauliflower, or sweet potatoes; baked apples; banana-/oat- or applesauce-/oat-based cookies; or anything from Chocolate-Covered Katie[2] (view at your own risk!)

If I want to make the two cake mix dessert....do I mix both cakes and then how much do I put in a mug? Sorry I am not a cook!! This sounds really good and easy. The kids would even like it.
