Friday.........1100......1:08.45.....High incline to start...Mostly a 15-22% incline in the middle...Decline jogging and walking at the end..Didn't have the energy like last workout..Probably because I started this workout at around 11:15 at night..
Saturday.....1300....1:32.00......485 calories burned in 22 minutes on the treadmill at a 26.5 - 40% incline at 2.0-3.4 mph..The rest were burned at a lower incline walking and jogging..Another late workout...It's 2AM..
