Week Two!
I fell short of my 3,500 calorie goal last week... missed it by approximately 300 calories! Boo to a few days of rotten weather! This week I'm amping it up and trying to hit 3,800 calories. Here we go!
Weekly Goal:
Mon: 566 (387 in cardio dance class, 179 in hatha yoga class... a great combination, btw!)

Gonna amp it down a bit this week..... definitely gonna be another BUSY week!!!! ....but not sure how busy.....
Will try a goal of 4.000 (I think I should be able to get that in pretty easy)............but if I do more....GREAT!!!

Well here I go. I am new to this but I will try to do the 3500 calories. I did 727 today doing stationary bike for 35 minutes and 15 minutes on the ellilital spelled wrong. Did 30 minutes of strenghtening exercises.0

Week 2 for me. I intended to start today, but spent the day taking my Granny to run her errands....URGH. Anyway gotta take care of Granny so even though I did a lot of walking today I had no way to monitor the calories so one day down. I am still going to shoot for 4,000 this week. I CAN DO IT!
