Since January 15th I have lost 10 pounds. But when you wanna lose 50 thats not even a dent!.
Don't sell yourself short. That's 20 percent of your goal and amazing for that short amount of time. Keep up the awesome work and don't get discouraged.0 -

Don't compare yourself to others. Unless you share the same weight, height, body fat percentage, metabolism and energy balance, you can't measure whether you are losing fat at an adequate rate relative to someone else. Accept a rate of fat loss according to your own unique position and variables.0

Started 1/3/13, and I've lost 8.6 pounds as of 2/4/13. I weigh myself every Monday.0

Since January 2 I have lost almost 9 lbs...judging by all the other replies on here, this seems pretty average so I'm happy.0

4 lbs.. which I am kind of unhappy about but it's better thqan nothing and I've lost 2" off my waist and 2" off my hips since then-- so i guess that counts more in my case!0

12 pounds, but a lot was holiday weight that I had put on around Xmas and New Years. Feels good to be under 200 for the first time since probably 5th or 6th grade.0

3.2lbs since Jan 1st of this year, but honestly I am okay with it coming off slowly because I know it won't come back to bite me in the behind.
Total from being on MFP almost a year almost 38lbs.
From when I started on my weight loss journey back in May of 2011: 75.8lbs
ETA: in May of 2011 I was pregnant and 243, i lost weight during the pregnancy (they contribute it to being so active. I didn't have morning sickness or anything) and was down to 217-219. When he was born, I weighed 204 and then it went up one from breastfeeding. After I was told I couldn't breastfeed anymore I rejoined MFP.0 -

So Jan 1st was: 184.4 lbs
and Feb 1st (my newest entry) : 176.3 lbs
