How much weight have you lost since January?
Replies
-
5lb but started only on the 17th of january0

As of last friday, it was 4lbs
that was all through diet control as my DVD was broke and Xmas didnt leave me a lot of monety to replace. New DVD player has now been bought and the 30 day shred along with Davina is being worked starting yesterday.
Aiming to do 5/6lb a month going forward.
Also, I weigh in around 172 starting, down to 168 now. eating approx 1400 cals a day x0 -
1lb. But that's fine - still going in the right direction :-)0
-
10 pounds in the month of January0
-
Only 3 1/2 pounds but that is better than gaining it.0
-
Only 4.8 lbs, but 8 inches between my boobs and hips, so I'm happy. Think the weight lifting I added has everything to do with that!0
-
I lost 5lb in January.0

15.3lbs but I can mainly thank getting very ill for that! My goal is 6lbs per month and I usually get 6-8 x0
-
6.4 kg / 14 pounds
(although MFP doesn't say this because when I joined the website my weight was lower :ohwell: )0 -
Zero, but my bodyfat % is down by a percent...and waist is looser on trousers and things...0
-
5lbs0

I've lost 3lbs in the few weeks I've been on MFP and 4lbs at the start of Jan before I joined here...so 7lbs all together!0
-
2.5kg (5.5lb)0
-
9.3lbs0

Since Jan 3rd - 5lbs. I didn't over push myself as i've had pneumonia for the last week or so, so im happy with that, plus 5lbs a month puts me at my 2stone target for my wedding anyway, so i'd rather take it slow and keep it off!0
-
8.2 which is more than I expected. i'd be happy to get 5 out of February.0
-
3 or 4 lbs of Christmas podge, but more importantly am back to full fitness after being sick for a long time before the holidays. Would be nice if it came off more quickly, but this is a long-haul thing for me.0
-
I didn't really start until the 11th as the Christmas holiday lasts until the 6th here.
BUT...since the 11th of January, I lost 9lbs!!
I'm not killing myself to do it either, just tweaked my diet and doing a little more cardio.
The real secret is weighing EVERYTHING and tracking every. single. thing. that makes it's way into my mouth!
Can't wait to see how much loss Feb. brings!!0 -

Around 12 pounds. One of my best months, actually. Probably because it's cold so I've had the energy to work out a lot except for a couple of freakishly hot days where the air quality was also crappy.0
-
