    I just did day 3 of level 2 today - so on day 13 - my abs, knees and shoulders are so sore from this level! Level 2 is hell - I can't imagine what level 3 is! I can't wait to see the results though! It's getting easier! Definitely worth it - I already see results from when I started and when I finished level 1!

    If it's not to late, I'd like to join this group. I bought mine a few years ago and never finish week 1.
    I'm finding as I've gotten older the weight just doesn't want to come off. My son is getting married in Sept and I'm determined to
    lose this 60 lbs. This challenge is just what I need! Looking forward to meeting new friends on this site.

    I finished day 4 yesterday. I can already tell the difference in my strength. I'm not as sore either. Working on day 5 tonight! Still love this workout :smile: :laugh:

    I'm in. Started today 2/12. Strangely, I like it better than the 30 minutes of elliptical I had been doing. But then it's only the first day. Thanks for the motivation to try it!

    I started last night, and apparently, so did my cat! he helped by adding weight to my arms during the flies and pulling my head back down by my ponytail during the crunches :P

    I did day 1 last night. I had to stop a couple of times, not because I wanted to but becase my boxer mix dog didn't like it when I was doing jumping jacks! It was hilarious! Tonight when I do day 2 I'll definitely lock her up.

    Im trying this for the second time...only made it about half way the first time. I didn't really notice a difference, but when I had measured myself I had lost about an 1 1/2 - 2 inches from my waist. It's definitely worth it.

    I saw this thread and wanted to contribute by stating that my boyfriend and I are doing 30 Day Shred as well. Tonight will be our day 4 of Level 1, so far it's quite a workout but we think it's gonna be worth it.
