This looks delicious. Is there a way to copy recipes or tips on this site and keep it in a folder or something? How does everyone keep this info?
    Thanks

I just made this- used vanilla cream pure protein powder, 2 tbsp egg whites, 1.5 tbsp dark chocolate almond milk, .5 tbsp stevia and mixed in a tbsp flaked coconut ( all other ingredients remained the same). It was pretty darn spectacular! Thanks OP for posting this, sooooo many variations and I now have a great " before bed high protein/ dessert/ snack"!
Excelent! Coconut and chocolate, some of my favorite flavors. Will be trying your remix!

I've done protein sludge/cakes and eggs separately, but not together yet... Probably makes a better product if I added an egg..

Just finished baking my 2 scoops of Syntha 6 whey with 3 bananas baking powder, dried fruit and nut mix with a little cinnamon, cocoa, and stevia... Bro cooking <3

For those asking, I personally used Isolyze vanilla peanut butter whey, for a chocolate one I've used hydroxy burn chocolate.

I don't think the powder makes a huge difference, just chose the one you like the taste of normally.

The club soda isn't necessary, I think I just added it because I've always used it when I make scones

Just saw this and had the ingredients so made it straight away. Was not expecting it to rise out of the mug like that!!
But if you like the taste of protein powder (which I do) it's a great way to eat rather than drink your protein.
I'm always hungry and find shakes unsatisfying so this recipe suits me fine. Plus as my powder is chocolate flavour it's also good when I get a craving and need a chocolate hit. Thanks.
