    To the OP, if doing the colonoscopy prep made you feel better, it is possible that you have an undiagnosed food allergy/intollerance. I felt way better after doing my prep, and I have since discovered and allergy to milk and intollerance/allergy to tomatoes. Which I have been eating all my life. It may be something you want to discuss with your doctor.
