Cereal of any kind; I can literally eat a box in a sitting if I'm not careful. Any sort of easy carbs will do me in though, pretzels and chips... basically anything that goes "crunch".0

Anything freshly baked - so I don't risk baking anything. Ice cream. Good crisps (potato chips, for the American contributors).
I do buy frozen yoghourt, though and enjoy that probably even more than ice cream, so that is not too bad.0 -
Cheez-its....they are my kryptonite lol0

Cheese and crackers - I can eat a whole block of cheese in a single setting.
Oh, and Ice-cream, especially Ben & Jerrys Cherry Garcia0 -
Spinach dip. I wolfed down 700 cals of it two days ago without even thinking and was like, "well, that's dinner..." :blushing:0

It used to be peanut butter (I know it is so thick and sticks to the roof of your mouth and all that), but I have long since gone past bingeing on anything now...phew!0

Probably chocolate and cookies, or at least I used to think so, but I was able to split 3 cookies throughout 2-3 days a week or so ago, so I'm not so sure now. I'm learning to indulge much less overall and to fit things in when I can...some days I have 300 cals left over after dinner and enjoy a fudge bar, or a single large cookie. I used to eat way too much sour cream and onion chips with dip too, lol, but haven't bought any in months now.0

Lay's original potato chips! Those things are addictive!0
-
French fries!! Once I start,I can't stop..my weakness,my love!0
-
nope...not for a food addict....i am trying to moderate ALL foods....so when i reach my goal...i wont go off on a binge and eat the WHOLE THING when i have a craving for something.....it is like being an alcoholic to me...but as with alcohol...you need food to survive....so i guess if i went out to a bar....i would only have a glass of wine...or one cocktail....so a small piece of pizza and a cookie will have to do for me in the future.....and if i binge...its back to salad and fresh fruit for me0
-
Cake. Pizza. When they're in front of me my stomach suddenly becomes a bottomless pit.0
-
Ruffles Sour Cream and Onion chips... actually any chips.0

New York Cheddar Herb Kettle Cooked Chips. OMG! Or the Buffalo Blue ones. Actually, pretty much any flavor. I love the grease and crunch and saltiness. Yum!0
