    A roll up in Pilates, where in the middle of it you are balanced on the shoulder-part of your upper back, with entire rest of the body from chest to feet raised straight up over your head. :D

    Went shopping this past weekend and was able to fit in a dress that was about a 4/6 when I used to wear a 14/16. That was pretty cool!

    OK, it's time again! What is that you can do now that you couldn't 30 days ago? Yesterday, I ran 2 miles with only about a 3 minute walk in between the miles. Can't break my 12 minute mile, but that's next on my agenda. Looking forward to doing the 2 miles consecutively, too. I've also noticed that my balance has improved a lot.
