I am lacking in my water consumption today. I have a few more hours to make it up. This has always been a hard thing for me to do.0 -

Today I was way under my calorie intake, we were out of the house all day so it was hard for me to judge. I hope it doesn't screw anything up. I did skip pie and icecream though! I was very proud of myself. (This was before I knew how low my calories were)0 -
Hey geogeous PSB girls! Bad news, I think I'm getting sick but the good news is I'll be drinking a gazillion amounts of liquids yay lol! I'm DEATHLY allergic to cats (I am an animal lover) and the bf has 3. 3! Hair everywhere...everywhere! Except his room or else I'd die. I'd thought after 3 years my body would get used to them but I guess not, I'm housesitting with the boy and it was a mistake So sore throat and stuffy nose it is. Hope all of you had a nice Easter, I met the woman who won the 37 mil lottery ticket in CA and she was very friendly, I'm happy for her I realized I love my life through its ups and downs and I have to accept there are some things I cannot change, BUT I can change the way I look at them. I feel blessed and loved and I wish you all that

Sorry that I am late posting. It has been busy here. I am getting my water in and eating all of my calories. I even went over a couple of days. I worked out yesterday but not today. Still trying to figure out how to get exercise into the first part of my day. If I wait till everyone is up and stirring it usually slips to the end of the day. Then I am too tired:-( Tomorrow will be better!

Sorry i have not posted all week, been out of town and then had guests that i had to clean for adn now they have left!! so i am back today,hopefully to do better than the past 2 days. Been rough for me lately. i do not have the motivation I used to, but i have got to find it somewhere. going to the gym tonight, first time since thursday, so i cannot wait!!!

I have to admit it's not always easy to get all 8 glasses in everyday. I am drinking way too much diet soda!!!! Also does Crystal light count??? I counted it but was not sure if I was suppose to.

Oh today was a great day. I got up and went for my 1 mile walk. Ended the day with another mile walk with my daughters and a half hour of gardening. And I got my 11 glasses in today. I'm soo jealous and proud of my husband, he has lost 12 lbs in the past 2 weeks...me I'm stuck at 5.
