I did not post each day but I was able to get in at least 8 cups a day. I do better during the week days, and tend to not drink as much water on the weekends! (even though I overate and had way too much sodium!) Anyway- I will try to keep up with the water drinking this week too! Do we have a new challenge for week 3? Weighed in at 289.9 on Friday for a total of 5.8 lost this week! I'm pretty sure some of it was TOM bloat- its finally over! yay! My goal for next week is 3 lbs and to watch my sodium intake (stay under the 2,500 even on the weekend)0

Good morning everyone! I was really good this weekend Congratulations to all the losers this week! Keep up the good work. I cannot weight to just put a shirt on and not have to worry about my tire I have. Hope everyone has a fabolous week!!!
