    I was in a praise band when it came out and we had constant requests to play this song. Problem was that no one in the band liked it and none of us sang anything remotely country. We got so many requests that we started to feel bad that we kept avoiding it with "we haven't rehearsed that" that the band had a secret ballot about the song. If any one member voted for it, we would learn it and play it. It was unanimously negative. We started telling people it was out of our vocal range and other excuses to get out of it after a while. We never did play it.

    I've been in a few praise bands, and I have thankfully never had to play that song. I'm still sick of it even though I can only remember hearing it once in the last 3-4 years.

    I'm dating myself, and prolly no one will know this, but when I was a freshman in high school I'd hear this darn song in the am getting ready for school and I'd be an s.o.b. if it wouldn't frigging stick with me all day! Hel! just thinking of it now it might! But luckily I don't know it all, just enough to be annoyed!!!
