    Thread backfire. Who cares if women want to fight? What makes it any different than a man wanting to fight? What could possibly be sad about any of it? They aren't being held at gunpoint and forced to fight. They choose to be there and get paid for it.

    Hell I'm morbidly curious and wouldn't mind seeing a male/female matchup someday (though I'm pretty sure that will never happen in any sanctioned event anyway).

    Why are women in the UFC any different then men in the UFC? A good fight is a good fight. If you don't like to watch fights, that's on you, I'm not a huge fan, although I do enjoy the obvious athletic ability of these athletes. I don't see any difference between women fighting and men fighting. It's not any crazier, there's still the same rules, weight classes, etc. I don't care if you like it, but calling it "sad" and "crazy" based on the fact it's women is demeaning and mysoginistic.

    I definitely support our AMAZING women in the military. UFC though, to me - just crazy.


    So, you support (or is that like?) the idea of women possibly getting raped, otherwise tortured, and killed by our enemies - but are squeamish about (some and relatively) hot scantily clad chicks rolling around together, throwing a few punches? :huh:

    I dare you to tell the female fighters in the UFC that they don't belong there.... But when you do please make sure someone is nearby to film it.....

    BTW I used to fight in tournaments and would have loved to be skilled enought for something like the UFC

    Just saying, I'm not a fan of UFC, I mean I watch sometimes but I'm not that into it. However if women wanna do it why not.. I would certainly watch.

    If that's what you meant wouldn't either sex be "sad"? Why is it any different for women than for men?

    Some of the best fights I have seen have been between two women. I don't see anything wrong with it. I will watch it.
