  • I think its best if you weigh in on Monday. People tend to break their diets on the weekends so it will give them a reason to want to stay with the plan
  • I joined fp in the middle of Jan. but I did nothing about it, so weighed in this morning and decided I need to get with it. So YES count me in for the Moving in March Challenge!
