You amaze me and i'm sure others with your daily progresses and limit breaks on your lifts. You also are undeniably one of the greatest friends someone can have.

    What an inspiration you are! WOW!!!! Thank you so much for sharing your before, during and after photos. I am way too disgusted with myself to even TAKE a before pic, but gee, now I'm thinking maybe I should so I'll have it to share once I reach my goal.

    You really did an amazing AND got to have ice cream along the way; I love it! Congratulations!!!

    Love your whole attitude of focusing on getting stronger, healthy and enjoying ice cream every day! you give me ( a 43 y/o) inspiration that I can hit the weights too and look forward to being more fit by exercising and eating smarter without total deprivation!
