I went to High school with Al Harrington. He plays in the NBA now. He actually use to come hang out at my house. I met Wycleff Jean. Russel Simmons, The Game. I met the last two during a public relations event working for the State of NJ. The event was to spread the word for teens close to the age of 18 to start seriously thinking about who to vote for.

Oh, this one was so bad I almost forgot. I med Dan Quayle once, had to escort his group on a fundraising thing in South Carolina. He was the biggest *kitten* I ever met...to us, to his staff, to everyone he came in contact with.

John Layfield aka Justin "Hawk" Bradshaw, Bradshaw, etc of WWE fame. He lived in my hometown of Athens, TX. While still wrestling at our Junior College he read to my 4th grade class. Was always a very aprochable person if you saw him around town and would spend time to talk to you.

I can answer my own post with Garth Brooks. It was McDonald's charity function and he is far prettier in person. Breathtaking.

Yeah. I met him in Oklahoma with Trish Yearwood. His daughter was on my niece's soccer team. We went to a game, and there they were. Nice guy too. Almost makes me feel guilty for all those jokes I told like...

Q: What has 32 teetch and a total IQ of 67?

A: The front row of a Garth Brooks Concert.

I won a radio station contest to go bowling with Weird Al when I was in junior high...

I have meat the bands Slipknot, Biohazard, Mudvayne, Cold, Dope, and Amon Amarth.
  • I performed in the the 2008 Walt Disney World Christmas parade (once with the Broadway cast of Mary Poppins and once with the All-American dance team), and during the filming of Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious, one of the aerial cameras broke so we had a lot of standing around while it was being repaired. Ryan Seacrest started interviewing those of us in the dance chorus during that downtime, and I just happened to be one of the lucky few in the front row. I also saw Joey Fatone hiding behind a bush with his daughter, and Kelly Ripa waved at me so we're practically besties now.

Ron Jeremy-met in a bar. Pretty much what you'd think he was.
James Gandolfini- Met in a strip club in New Orleans. Also, pretty much as you'd expect. He was probably turning it on...

Dan O'Brien-Interviewed him for school paper. Our picture was in the School paper, except all you could see was this other chicks bangs.

Elton John - stepped on his toe while I was wearing stilettos. He was in flip flops. He was pretty good-natured about it. We had a little laugh.
Anthony Hopkins - he was helping an elderly couple onto an escalator. Very gentlemanly, and he wasn't recognized by them. He was by me and thanked me for not outing him.
Heather Locklear - was very nice in person. She was shopping with her husband at the time, Richie Sambora.
Prince - he was .....ummmm.... strange.
Christian Bale - a 6'7" tall guy we were with in a group was pretending to be a porn producer and hit on him. He knew we were kidding about it and joked with us. He said "well, if you're not into ladies, then you won't mind if I take these two off your hands." The boyfriend wasn't so keen on that, but I would have totally gone if he hadn't been merely joking.
Jane Fonda - tried to get me fired.
Ludacris pulled his SUV over to talk to me one day when I was walking back to my office from the Four Seasons in Atlanta after a deposition. That was really cool. I didn't recognize him at first but a co-worker I was walking with went nuts.

I've met lots of other celebs. Just had luck with it I guess.

I met Queen Latifah and Brian McKnight on the same day. I was on Queen Latifah's talk show when I was 16.
It was a once in a lifetime experience. Even though her show flopped shortly after. lol

I've also met Mary Tyler Moore at a Juvenile Diabetes convention, in D.C. Another once in a lifetime experience.

When I was about 13, I was sitting at a bench by a hot dog stand in Nashville when Garth Brooks came up and sat with my family. After he walked away, my dad said..."That was Garth Brooks." I had no clue. He was a nice guy though. lol

I also met Brad Paisley before he became famous. He was at a mall in Nashville.

We also walked past a very young Taylor Swift who was going into a building in Nashville. Her mom told my dad that she was going to be famous someday.

My husband has met Robert Downey Jr. He played an extra in the upcoming Ironman 3. He said that his personality is exactly how he is in the movies. What you see is what you get, and he's really a funny and down-to-earth guy. I was/am so jealous...

Maya Angelou, among many others. During college I was part of the team that brought celebrities, etc. to speak or perform at the school. We took turns chauffeuring and entertaining them while they were there. Awesome job.

    G. Gordon Liddy.

Met him at a radio station where I was going for an interview...not with him, unfortunately. He signed an autograph dedicated to my Father-in-law (an ardent liberal). I gave it to him as a gag gift. He had the good grace to frame it and put it on his office wall.
  • I met Kathy Bates when she came to our high school (where she graduated from) and dropped by play practice to say hello to our theatre teacher. There were only 20 of us at practice, so we all got to say hello to her!

I had relations with a girl who was on Baywatch...yes..its true...also hung out with Christopher Reeve...Demi Moore...Bruce Willis...Robert Duvall...Gary Oldman as well

Played a fun baseball game vs many old Toronto Blue Jays such as Kelly Gruber..Lloyd Moseby and Duane Ward
  • I have seen quite a few famous people in person, but the only one I ever talked to was Christopher Lloyd, the actor from the tv show "Taxi" and the "Back to the Future" movies. I sat next to him at a bar in L.A. and we chatted about a variety of things including Scotch whiskey. He was super nice, well-spoken and intelligent.

Boyd Martin and Phillip Dutton! Met them both at a 4 star eventing competition in MD. Talked with them and got my picture taken with them.

For those that do not know of these two men. They are Australian Olympians that now compete for the US Olympic Eventing/Equestrian team! Boyd Martin being the most recent to compete in the 2012 Olympics in London.

More infamous, then famous, but I knew Gerald Stano - a serial killer from Ormond Beach, Florida, when I was a teenager. I used to hitchhike "back in the day" and met him through a friend. He told me to call him anytime I needed a ride because hitchhiking was dangerous!! He literally gave me 100's of rides over the course of a year or two and he was never out of line with me! He killed 41 women and was executed many years ago.
